Based on the above findings and especially the migration of young farmers does not occur, the fertility of the land increases and how to do farming on a commercial basis considering agriculture as a mistake, efforts are started to increase the income of the farmer through the value addition of agricultural products, and accordingly, related to agriculture and agriculture. Discussing with the interested youth, our first task was to improve the land and started efforts to increase the income of the farmers.
First of all, vermicompost was started in the year 2017 to solve the problem caused by the use of raw manure in the field.
In order to achieve more production, an organic fertilizer vermicompost processing unit was established in the year 2018 with a little more space, after which organic fertilizer, bio-fertilizer was started to improve the soil. To encourage sustainable horticulture to farmers to earn more income and farmers to come on a single platform and for group farming Goldensol Produce Company Ltd. in the year 2021. was registered under the Companies Act under the name of In which 305+ farmers are connected.
