The Story About Our Struggle
1 vermicompost brand was started by farmer sons to develop agriculture as a business by 9 young farmer friends.
Young farmers took 1 acre of land on lease and started large scale vermicompost and organic fertilizer through the research of KVK and Agricultural University.
During the year 2021 Goldensol Producer Company Ltd. Farmers’ self-managed production companies were registered in the Companies Act.
Then taking the project further, trying to get more income/side income from the green leaf of castor crop through eri silk (silk cultivation) in regular farming.
By using the barter system, the farmers were traded without paying money. Initiation of partnership farming with farmers IPM farming & Residue free farming Initiation. Opening of buying and selling center to ensure affordable prices to farmers.
Farm Service / Farm Developer, Agri Voltanik (Two Layer Farming) Carbon Credit – Land Reforms operational for the year 2023-24.
